The HT348 and HT348M are our flagship extra-wide full height ADA gates with an extended passage width of 48″. Our HT348 full height gates provide the same floor to ceiling level of security coverage as our full height turnstiles while simultaneously providing an ADA compliant clear opening for disabled entrants. Our HT348 full height gates are available with vertical bars as barriers (HT348) and can even be outfitted with additional mesh infill (HT348M) for advanced reach through protection. The HT348 works great as a standalone access control solution, but it really shines when paired with one of our SecureTurn series full height turnstiles to provide a comprehensive access control solution. All Hayward Turnstiles full height ADA gates are designed for handicap access but are often used as an alternate entrance for when people must enter with pushcarts, deliveries, strollers, tools, and any other object that would not easily fit through a regular full height turnstile.
